Weather
- Due to the outdoor nature of our courses sometimes it will be necessary to run courses in rainy or cold conditions
- During such conditions shooting opportunities may be limited
- The Client must ensure their equipment is properly protected from the elements
- The Client must ensure they are appropriately dressed for the conditions
Limits of Liability
- Workshop attendance is entirely at the Client’s own risk
- Ideal Focus accepts no responsibility for
- Death, illness, injury
- Loss, damage, or theft of equipment or personal belongings
Insurance
- Ideal Focus is covered by Public Liability Insurance
- It is strongly recommended that Clients obtain Personal and Travel Insurance
- It is strongly recommended that Clients obtain insurance for their equipment and personal belongings
Cancellations
- The Client may cancel the booking up until 6 weeks before the workshop date with no charge
- The Client may cancel the booking less than 6 weeks before the workshop date but will be liable for the full workshop fee
- Ideal Focus reserves the right to cancel workshops due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to
- Fire
- Flood
- Severe Weather
- Natural Disaster
- War, or Threat of War
- In the event circumstances beyond our reasonable control force a workshop cancellation a choice of Full Refund, Alternative Date , or Alternative Venue will be offered

Complaints
- Any perceived failure of the fulfillment of this contract should be addressed with the workshop leader so they can be rectified where possible
- Any complaints must be received in writing within 7 days of attending a workshop
Booking
- Workshop place reserved on receipt of full payment
- By booking any workshop with Ideal Focus you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above including all responsibilities of the Client for yourself and any others on whose behalf you may be booking
